After many years of dedicated service to our community, Jane-Marie Raley, DO has made the decision to retire from clinical practice. Dr. Raley has been an invaluable member of our medical team, providing compassionate and quality care to countless patients throughout her career. Her commitment to your health and well-being has been unwavering, and her presence will be greatly missed.
Dr. Raley’s retirement marks the end of an era, but we are committed to ensuring a seamless transition for all our patients. If you are currently a patient of Dr. Raley, our staff will be happy to assist you in transferring your care to another professional within our practice or another office. Coronavirus Preparedness Protocol
University Family Medicine Center is following CDC guidelines in regards to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and is taking precautions to prevent its spread. Our goal is to continue providing you the best possible treatment for your primary care needs.

UPDATE: It is required at our office that you must wear a mask before entering in. Also, most insurance companies are honoring televisit coverage until mid-July. Double check with your insurance plan to verify if they're participating.

The safety of our employees and patients is our utmost concern. If you are experiencing symptoms of an active fever in combination with a cough and breathing difficulties or shortness of breath, please do not come into our office until you contact us at 407-679-4800 for further instruction.
Optional: Our wait area policy effective Thursday, March 18, 2020. Our waiting area is not usually overflowing, but if anyone would like to remain in their vehicle to avoid that area, simply call our office 407-679-4800.
